About Me
Before training in NLP, I spent many years working in Financial Services as a Business Analyst. After years of solving complex problems in business and working with people from many walks of life, I realised the most powerful transformations happen in people.
I trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) with Richard Bandler, co-creator of NLP, and Ali Campbell, a highly respected NLP trainer and author, as I was drawn to its practical, results-focused approach.
Although often described as NLP coaching, my work is specifically that of an NLP Practitioner. I work directly with NLP techniques and processes rather than motivation or accountability-based coaching.
The aim is effective change, often in one to three sessions, with most experiencing the change they want in a single session.
Why NLP?
NLP focuses on how the mind is organising experiences now — not on long-term analysis of the past. By changing the structure of thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, NLP can create rapid, meaningful shifts without ongoing programmes.
